One year and one day later...

Wow, my blog has been in existance for one year and one day!! Can't believe so much time has passed. What to do with myself. Ok, in one year, here's a quick run down on what's happened to me:
Moved to a new state...Louisiana from Pittsburgh
I completed my freshman year of college
Continued on to summer school
Enjoyed a few social activities along the way
Met a wonderful guy (you know who you are)
Became a victim of the freshman 15
I learned a lot about the local culture...that I'm still learning til this day
Became more independent
I learned how to stay up til 6 am and still make it for 8:00 class
Learned the value of a dollar
Created multiple ways to save a dollar
and most importantly...
I SURVIVED!!
